    I encountered a broken front door. I was left knocking for help after being trapped outside for 30 minutes, worried about my belongings inside. The lack of communication from management regarding this issue was quite disappointing.

    Thank you for a very good stay. Nice and spotless hotel, the staff is attentive. The venue is in a magnificent and stunning location, close to the train station. There's lots of restaurants to choose from, like Vijaya Krishna, set within 5 minutes walk or so, really enjoyed this place. The rooms are modern and bright and generally offer central heating, flat-screen television and a writing table. The rate is £ 38, satisfied.

    Great location and comfy stay!

    Just spent 4 nights in a cozy double room. The ensuite was spacious with a desk for work, which I totally appreciated. It was super close to the Northern Line, and plenty of shops and places to eat were nearby. Only thing is, it felt a bit dated inside.

    The location is amazin with easy access to the tube and supermarket right around the corner. The room had a private bathroom, super handy and comfy. The host was quick to respond to questions, made things easier for us. I really liked having the option for contactless check-in! It felt good to have a kitchenette to cook without hassle.

    The room inside felt a bit tired and worn out. There could've been more maintenance in the common areas.
